D’AW I seriously love these girls. It is always such a blessing to be hanging out/fellowshipping with my sisters in Christ. (: To know that we’re always going to be there for each other no matter what and when we go through trials we will be there to lift each others burdens as well as pray for one another is truly awesome. Our devotion was definitely a convicting one and to know that we all are kind of going through the same struggles is a relief to know that we have each other to get through it all. I know I’ve already said this already but I really do love you guys and I’ll be praying for all of us(: <3 AH, seriously, praise God for this group of ladies in my life. (:

1. We must focus on Christ!

2. We must strive for holiness because we are called to be holy because Christ is.
“As obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”“ 1 Peter 1:14-16
3. Strive to be holy and be devoted to the Lord first.
“…The unmarried woman cares about the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit. But the married woman is anxious about worldly things, how to please her husband. I say this is for your own benefit, not to lay any restraint upon you, but to promote good order and to secure your undivided devotion to the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 7:34-35
I was cleaning off my desk when I came across this jewelry box that a good friend gave me. On the top it has engraved “Romans 8 : 31-39”. So I grabbed my bible and reread it. It’s such a great reminder of God’s love for us and that nothing can ever separate us from it.
“For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angles nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” -Romans 8: 38-39
